Dear Intercessor,
Greetings from your mission’s office in Little Rock, Arkansas. I trust all is well with you today. Words cannot express how thankful we all are that you have chosen to be a member of the BMAA INTERCESSORY PRAYER FORCE. We praise God for every person who has made prayer for the BMAA a high priority! We really believe the success of God’s work depends on the prayers of faithful prayer warriors just like you.
Each month I include “Thoughts About Prayer.” We are presently reading from “E. M. Bounds On Prayer” Though this is NOT REQUIRED READING I believe you will be blessed by taking time to read this month’s chapter, “Intercessory Prayer Moves God”.
As always, I remind you that Satan is upset that you have committed to take part in this prayer movement. He will hinder you from praying every way he can! Don’t allow him the victory! Be true to your commitment. Should you miss a day, don’t let it discourage you; just begin again the next day. Satan will provide many reasons why you don’t have time, or that your prayers are not important. Don’t believe him! HE IS A DECEIVER AND A LIAR! He knows that “the effectual prayers of a righteous man availeth much.” He knows what the prayers of saints in all ages have done to thwart his plans to undermine the Kingdom of our Lord. SO PRAY ON!
For some of you this will be the first correspondence concerning your commitment to pray. Each month you will receive a Scripture verses to claim, and a day-by-day prayer log. I encourage you to put this list in the place where you have your quiet time so you can refer to it daily. Here is a suggested plan for you to follow.

- Claim this verse of Scripture: “The prayer of the upright is His delight.” Proverbs 15:8b
- Interceded for the person(s) institutions, ministries, nations, or events listed for each day.
- Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit as you pray. He may bring to mind other items not included in this list. He knows the daily needs of our missionaries and there may be a vital need at that very moment, so let Him orchestrate your prayers.
- The cities listed for prayer this month are the largest cities in the USA. This is not a metro figure, only the city.
